Raw Food Diet

The raw food diet is to eat a diet composed of vegetables and fruits without preservatives, unfermented and above all without cooking, in this way, maintaining the physico-chemical properties

DIET

DAY 1

Breakfast:

1 glass of skim milk and 1 apple
Mid-morning:
1 glass of carrot juice, celery and beets.
Food:

1 salad of lettuce, tomatoes, onion, fennel and celery seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
1 bowl of gazpacho
1 fruit
Snack:

1 pear

Dinner:

1 salad of bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, grated carrot, radicchio and onion seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
1 fruit

DAY 2

Breakfast:

1 glass of skim milk and 1 serving of cantaloupe or watermelon
Mid-morning:

1 low-fat yogurt
Food:

1 tomato salad and tofu seasoned with chopped basil, olive oil olive oil, salt and pepper
1 apple juice and carrot
1 fruit
Snack:

1 serving of grapes
Dinner:

1 salad of onions, orange, tomatoes and almonds seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper

DAY 3

1 juice of beet, apple and celery

Fritters of wheat with tomato puree, garlic, olive oil and a splash of vinegar

1 apple

1 salad of spinach leaves, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes and walnuts seasoned with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper

DAY 4

1 smoothie banana and milk
2 peaches

1 low-fat yogurt

Food:

Pudding seeds
1 juice of apple, peach and carrot
1 fruit
Snack:

1 kiwi
Dinner:

1 salad of oranges, white cabbage, cut into strips, raisins, and sesame seeds, seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
1 fruit

DAY 5

Breakfast:

1 smoothie peach and milk
1 apple
Mid-morning:

1 fruit salad
Food:

1 bowl of cream soup of carrots
1 salad of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, celery and apples seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
1 fruit
Snack:

1 low-fat yogurt

1 salad of red cabbage, carrot and grated apple, bean sprouts and alfalfa seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and orange juice, salt and pepper

KEEP IN MIND

This diet can lead to deficiencies in pregnancy, lactation and growth.
Just brings proteins of high biological value.
It lacks many essential vitamins for our body and mineral salts.
It is not recommended for people with osteoporosis, vitamin deficiency, with heart problems and menopausal women.
The first day can cause diarrhea and flatulence.
