Dinner: Pasta with peas and vegetables to the grill.

FRIDAY
Breakfast: Coffee or tea and a piece of fruit, that which you want.
Mid-morning: A glass of skimmed milk.
Food: grilled Fish with boiled vegetables and a low fat yogurt without sugar.
Dinner: Soup, pasta with beans and steamed vegetables.

SATURDAY

Breakfast: Two toast with peach jam or apple without sugar.
Mid-morning: orange Juice or peach.
Food: roast Rabbit with steamed vegetables.
Dinner: Pasta with red peppers and vegetables au gratin with cheese.

SUNDAY
Breakfast: Coffee or tea and an apple or orange.
Mid-morning: fruit Juice, that which you want.
Food: hard boiled Egg with vegetables and some potatoes on the grill.
Dinner: Pizza with veggies and cheese.

Snacks daily
A natural juice of the fruit of your choice. (without sugar)

KEEP IN MIND

During the realization of the diet you should not take sugar in tea or juices.
Although it is not necessary to comply with the exact amounts, try to restrict yourself to the foods without abuse.
