Diet Of The Summer

The mediterranean diet is based on the ancient customs of the inhabitants of the account of the Mediterranean.

The characteristics presented by this power are:

Lower in saturated fats
High-fat mono unsaturated
Balanced fatty acids, polyunsaturated(Omega-6 and Omega-3)
Low in animal protein
Rich in antioxidants
Rich in fiber

To get a healthy diet and you should take the following components and dietary habits that are characteristic of the mediterranean diet:

Fruits and vegetables
Fresh food
Olive oil as the main source of fat
Cereals, bread and pasta
Legumes, seeds, nuts and dried fruits
Dairy products
Eggs
Fish
Birds
Red meat
Wine (moderate consumption)
Spices and condiments assorted: lemon, vinegar, garlic, aromatic herbs, mint, oregano, cinnamon...

INDICATIONS

At breakfast you can choose between:
Infusion with skimmed milk
Fresh orange juice without sugar
Roasted apple
Cup of fruit
Macedonia without sugar

During the mid-morning you can eat:
Carrot, tomato, peach, grapefruit...

In the snack or mid-afternoon:
1 or 2 pieces of fruit (kiwis, watermelon, melon, apple...)

DİET

FIRST DAY
Food:
Cake jelly with vegetables
Salad of lettuce and celery seasoned with salt and oil
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed
Dinner:
Brown rice with shredded carrots and bean sprouts with tomato
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed

SECOND DAY

Food:
Cake of vegetables or vegetable broth
Salad of lettuce, grated carrot, celery, a slice of pineapple seasoned with salt and lemon or vinegar
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed
Dinner:
Brown rice with shredded carrots and bean sprouts
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed

THIRD DAY

Food:
Stewed vegetables to taste
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed
Dinner:
Cocktail of natural tuna, onion, cabbage, tomato, garlic and lettuce seasoned with salt, oil and vinegar
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed

FOURTH DAY

Food:
Lettuce salad with tomato, radicchio, salt, and vinegar or lemon
1 tomato
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed
Dinner:
Vegetable broth
Cocktail bird with tomato, onion, garlic, lettuce, salt, olive oil and vinegar
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed

FIFTH DAY

Food:
Vegetable cake
Brown rice with tomato
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed
Dinner:
Lettuce salad with carrot
2 zapatillos stuffed with white cheese, onion, and shredded cheese
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed

SIXTH DAY
Summer and Diet

Food:
Scrambled eggs zapatillos with egg
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed
Dinner:
250 gr. pumpkin puree
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed
SEVENTH DAY
Food:
Fish baked or grilled
Salad of radicchio with watercress, lettuce and celery
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed
Dinner:
Vegetable cake
Scrambled eggs with peas with egg and tomato
Gelatin light or yogurt, skimmed

KEEP IN MIND

You should not eat cake or sweets.
Drink 2 litres of water a day.
If you do not tolerate any food you can replace it with one similar.
