The diet of the apple will be a good choice whenever you want to make a diet that is short to get immediate results. This is not to say that its efficacy is permanent. DIET


FIRST DAY:

Dinner: A glass of skimmed milk with rice cereal.

FIFTH DAY:

Breakfast: An apple, a boiled egg and a whole wheat bun.
Lunch: A salad of raw vegetables and roasted meat (the more fancy).
Dinner: Apples (the ones you want).

INDICATIONS
It is advised not to eat pork and pork fat at the end of the diet.
During the diet does not practise exercise and try to rest 8 hours a day as a minimum.
Drink plenty of water (2 litres a day), avoiding soda, even diet.
